Daffodil Amazing waterspout 'tornado' caught on camera off Australia

Dramatic footage filmed from a helicopter by Australia's Channel 7 shows a series of powerful waterspouts near the coastal suburb of Terrigal, on Australia's New South Wales coast. Several powerful columns of swirling air could be seen blasting along the water's surface near the coastline. Channel 7 claimed the spouts reached heights of up to 600 metres (nearly two thousand feet), but dissipated as they neared land. The natural wonders came as strong winds and heavy rain also lashed other parts of the state, causing flash flooding and traffic chaos in Sydney.

hey Mark, thats cool. I've never seen one of these that I can recall, so you are very lucky!

I wonder if people understand how the tornado vortex actually lifts things. I believe its an aether-electrical disturbance that might hold the secret to antigravity. I believe its funnel height and the electrostatic effects on weather might provide the key to understanding the electrical (electron based) relationship of the vortex and the movement of currents.

    Anyways, enough waffle from me.

Very cool. We had 3 just like that within view from my home several years ago. I had never seen one and was freaked a bit heh.

I think I would have to agree with you Red.

Viktor shauberger wrote about his observation of a water spout.
One such encounter was during a hot summer sitting by the Od Lake in upper Austria. “A very tall water spout rose from the centre of the lake.” The experience would in time reveal Schauberger’s insights into implosion. A pivotal principle governing the formation of all organic creation is the hollowing-out of inner space. This original motion is the inward curving suctional motion which follows a spiralling, pulsating rhythm, forming a vortex. It is the cool, condensing, levitating movement of implosion.

This is a great theory. I'm sure it's experiences like that, that allowed Schauberger to invent the vortex physics that made his log flume invention work so well.

Afterall, for the logs not to hit the sides, it'd have to mean something bout his 'crazy ol vortex calculations'.

    That they be real folks,

Otherwise they'd not have cut down the forests so effectively with schaubergers technology!

there's some stuff I've got somewhere about self powered turbines that use vortex principles but they need careful setting up or they overspeed and it gets messy

Public somebody turn on the breaks! This motor is in an aether fissure!

yeah. a friend of mine used to work in a factory looking after their equipment, it was a well known company, and he was the best guy they ever had, he always kept stuff running, and i can see why.

He is a very strange and observant guy, kinda a bit like me. But way smarter engineering wise, anyway. What your saying reminds me of a story he told me about that sometimes the engines they had there would sometimes do just that, overrun. He said that it didn't happen that often but it happened a few times and it really scared them, because even when they removed the power it kept going, and it got hotter and hotter and hotter.

He told me how (and believe me this is word for word), he said he heard the frequency of the engine rotation continue to increase and get hotter, whilst the power was disconnected... and then all of a sudden it got cold.. and continued on going.

I thought that was a pretty damn cool story. I'm going to ask him next how the hell they stopped it in the end. I'd imagine (if it happened exactly as he said it), by plugging back in the power and letting the gear pull friction out of the system.

rofl, the things im interested in, would disgust most 'respectable scientists'. I can understand, if your one (and reading this), please ask yourself who your teacher was, and who your teacher is. I ask just that, nothing else Then call it madness.

    Best,
    A
