Feb. 6 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner said that European officials offered a “comprehensive” review of conditions in Greece along with the plan for managing the country’s budget situation.

“The European authorities gave us a very comprehensive review of the program now in place to address the challenges faced by the Greek economy,” Geithner told reporters today after a meeting with finance ministers from the Group of Seven nations.
