Who were they? 3ft tall, 50B.C., religious influence in Egypt

Roman-Era Mummy Found In Egyptian Oasis

CAIRO — Egyptian archaeologists discovered an intricately carved plaster sarcophagus portraying a wide-eyed woman dressed in a tunic in a newly uncovered complex of tombs at a remote desert oasis, Egypt's antiquities department announced Monday.
The carved plaster sarcophagus is only 3 feet (1 meter) long and shows a woman wearing a long tunic, a headscarf, bracelet and shoes, as well as a beaded necklace. Colored stones in the sarcophagus' eyes gave the appearance she is awake.
    and what I find interesting:

Mummies of people of diminutive stature have been unearthed in other parts of Egypt, where they appeared to have importance in local religions at the time, he added.
Were these people or were they small humanoid beings here to influence the course of mankind? I hope more information regarding this comes to light. I can't seem to locate any mention of diminutive citizens of Egypt that influenced beliefs..

Very interesting, perhaps the great accomplishments of the Roman Empire in Italy, have something to say about the proximity to the Egyptian Empire pre-dating it.

It could explain where they got all that fancy metal building, and philosophical ideas of a 'civilised' society. Egyptian approaching the ancient crescent of the supposed earliest beginning of civilisation, now traced back and acknowledged as Sumeria, the oldest scientifically justified civilisation 'known' to man.

It is interesting to note, sumerian tablets seem to read the location of Pluto in the stars. Everybody knows thats of course impossible. Pluto wasn't discovered until the 20th century, in the 1920's.

Or of course, it could have been the "annuna ki" or '50 gods' 'of earth' - strange use of language metaphor, I Would call the explicit symbol definition to suggest one thing , as it reads on the same tablet set "This is not our knowledge, the annuna ki gave it to us".

Certainly, my rampant conjecture aside at least, there is something new to be found about the relationship between Egypt and Rome, and being religious in origin - could be more than just particularly significant to the origins of religion, (as it is claimed paganism is the origins of Christian belief in some odd places!) . Is this a missing piece in that puzzle?

I think there is a strong possibility. Pagan -> Sumaria -> Egypt -> Rome . Regionally over each "hop" 1000's of years sit in between. I never thought I'd bring granular theory, or science of solvents/material in a diffusion - but it really does seem to be identical - is this what Jung was talking about regarding the collective unconsciousness? I think so yes.

A Full circle, after all this time? Wouldn't it be ironic though?
