OSD.mil takes special interest in CONSPIRACY.CO

As you may know CONSPIRACY.CO has been giving conspiracy theories, and fringe science theories & whistle blowers a new voice, and way to discuss their experiences , in an honest and open environment.

It seems though, of late military organizations are taking a special interest in the work we do. Specifically the US military. Amazingly the branch to which the pentagon reports to, OSD - has shown a special and renewed interest in the NASA pictures that we are posting. Why?



Because we are a defense problem? Because NASA pictures are a defence problem? Probably. Or worse, because 'they' , the 'cia' and friends actively monitor all information leaks, that may pose a control issue in the future, and if a time comes when necessary, actions can be taken to suppress the information. Precisely what we are reporting.



Whether or not CONSPIRACY.CO is gaining the attention of the pentagon, and the DOD is irrelevant. What is relevant, is, if that's not what is happening - then systems are operating on the OSD.mil domain specifically to monitor certain keywords. such as the one that came through to us "NASA". An Interesting scenario. We will keep you informed.

Lets take a look at the latest news on the main ACQ site at USD.mil, the latest news: 'Defense Acquisition Guidebook; January 13, 2010 ; acquisition, technology & logistics. Might that include reconnaissance such as data gathering? Yes, yes it would. Which raises the question - who could it be 'peeking in' - and how much of the internet is surveiled like this. Most importantly of all, is it legal? And should it be?


Is this a military base in the middle of nowhere?


I give you my word these are not faked. They really are monitoring us. Could this be something to do with echelon? I think its a possibility we'll all have to consider. The source IP is navy afterall. Maybe a drunken sailor perhaps?

Why don't they want you to see this site?

Unfortunately, some people have decided to make it their mission to intimidate and discourage me from posting on this blog. The emails, comments and now most disturbingly phone calls (not joking!) are likely an attempt to threaten me - and you know what, they are not working!

I intend to keep this popular Ufo Blog going. We now get over 3000 hits daily and this site is one of the No 1 sources for Ufo news and videos on the net. This site is a powerful force for ufo disclosure and the momentum behind this is now unstoppable.
Apparently, this is the downfall of the blog because it is simply that - too popular and too sensitive in its content in the eyes of some people.

I am constantly seeing comments 'fake this' & 'fake that' on obviously genuine and sensitive videos and many personal attacks on my character and emails telling me to give it up & now these weird phone calls. These comments are likely from someone working in the disinfo campaign we see being rolled out all over the Internet - just like we have seen with the shutdown of Acebryan on Youtube. (As a result all comments now have to be moderated guys.)

You know the strategy of disinfo is simply to confuse and dissolve the ufo phenomenon. Like with ufo video spamming on youtube or having people people post this is 'fake' on genuine ufo videos - this all puts a seed of doubt in people's mind and this is all disinfo has to do - bring doubt of the ufo phenomenon. So i guess as my blog concentrates only the best real Ufo videos all in the one spot this is a threat to the disinfo campaign.

so here's where i fight fire with fire....

You know I was going to hold off on this part of the post but not anymore. As you may or may not know what this site is visited daily by Military, naval and other security forces all over the US. If ufos are not real then why are these guys visiting this site ? - I have screen captures showing site visits from many various installations all the way through to high executive areas of command and this only goes to prove to my readers that the Ufo videos you are seeing here are real and a concern to the powers that be.

from the evidence shown it is possible that someone has looked at site with dishonourable intent but the fact they have looked dosent mean they have spyed on lvl site,its possible that an individual interested in the topics just wanted to look at another ufo site,or it could be a future whistle blower was checking you out to see if site was trustworthy,?, its also possible that they were checking out if dissinformation spread by them was filtering through the system as they would require it to do? there are several possibilities and conclusions must be reserved untill more info is obtained. I would most certainly keep an eye on the matter and would also contact other sites such as project camalot to see what light they could shed on the organizations involved, if it was a future whistle blower you may have ruined their plans by exposing their location on your site,?the possibilities are numerous,i shall contact a friend who knows david wilcox and see if he could advise, if i find anything usefull ill let you know. hey Buddy. From the evidence, that I could have faked - easily using photoshop - osd.mil most definitely looked at the site. There are several important facts:

1. If and only if I am not lying, osd.mil (the office of the secretary of defense) or related departments did request TCP PORT 80 on this website.
2. By requesting a connection with our server (CONSPIRACY.CO) - our sitemeter - gathered the IP address and hostname of the originating request.
2a. This must happen with any JAVA enabled web-client. Sitemeter is JAVA

3. The duration osd.mil spent on CONSPIRACY.CO was registered as 0seconds. An unique specification for human reaction time.
4. Thus it is likely the osd.mil visitor was an automated system of some kind, perhaps something like Echelon. (That i've been ranting on about for years.)
4a. It is also possible the osd.mil visitor was human, and the script failed to report the visit time accurately.

5. An Article, just with the 'best' 20 NASA pictures seemed to be specifically targeted via the apparent incoming domain 'osd.mil'
a. via a google images search
b. via our site on a post tagged with these keyword tags: nasa , pictures , ufo

6. The user was somewhere near California, United States at the time of access, they were routed via the Navy Ocean Systems Center (NOSC).

7. Osd.mil is a 'really wide' domain - that means many divisions - thousands, hundreds of thousands of people.

8. If a whistle-blower did visit, we have not 'ruined his or her cover'. Being an IT consultant and a telecoms engineer I was perplexed to hear people suggest we would endanger a whistle blower.

8a. The truth is, if anything, if it really was a whistle blower, they endangered him or herself simply by visiting us via that domain. Technical FACT.

9. The intent appears un-malicious , however - there does appear to be enough evidence to suggest this was search engine automata, likely specifically looking for sites that had pictures of NASA UFO's.

10. And apparently, that's not a defense interest. at all. Of course the gents and the disclosure project (some generals, and government officials prime ministers etc) - say clearly - it is a defense interest of major significance, and it always has been.

11. This was the only document with specific and short tags: NASA, pictures, UFO - It likely came up higher in the google images search. It's highly likely thats what OSD.mil was doing, searching for something similar - for us to even to get the referral from google in the first place. If this is so, we have proven something. What to monitor. And what 'they' are monitoring. This could be expanded

a. and I have a way and an understanding now to test this hypothesis. Lure the same automated system back using a clarified method of _what brings the automated echelon system to a site_ - dictionary. So, the solution seems not too far away

b. create a visit or bait they cannot refuse. (Or an automated system, must investigate ) lets say the most viewed nasa ufo pictures sites on google: the first 100,000 or so links!. Real information control. like you see on youtube, but quiet, collected, indexer - perhaps the real provocateur of youtubes and many suppression. (realufos, hoaglands friend with the site, & phobos pictures etc). It seems to be all happening right about now.



These are the facts as technically and accurately as I have them as current chap. I hope they can assist us all in getting to the bottom of this mystery.

urgh, welcome to the war of information, so far at least, that is what I think osd.mil is clearly waging. I really don't know what to make of the whole thing - I know whats what when it comes to Information Systems - but this is just plain farking weird duder - All I can think is 'everything is a defense interest', until they've established it's safe. Or until we see it deleted off youtube ;) ha ha ha

Over the last 4 years I've seen troubling, troubling troublesome issues. Look at wikileaks, youtube, and google. It makes the microsoft Anti-trust suit look petite.

morning, i dont doubt the powers that be have had a peek at your site,but what is their motivation??? nobody said you had deliberatly jepordised a potential whistle blower??? but your actions alone would have done that, if the osd look at site again they will realize and investigate.ive been in touch with david wilcock,im awaiting reply, but he is very busy at the moment, ill keep you informed.
