Mass UFO Sighting in the USA!

This is one of the most amazing UFO tapes I've seen of UFO's, it starts a bit slow. They aren't helicopters, or Chinese lanterns. They appear to be real, there are many witnesses, and they appear to be flashing in some some intelligent signal, (intonation) , as well as forming formations and shapes (logical communication)

It's just too hard for me to make out what is happening so I can say with certainty these are UFOs but alien UFOs.. I can't determine. I have a powerful LED flashlight that has a blinking function that instantly reminded me of the blinking frequency on the video. Who knows! I'll be happy when everyone eventually has hidef low light recording capabilities.

Chinese lanterns. The flashing would be the flame flickering. We had a 'sighting' earlier this year, the conditions were the same, a relatively windless night, and they appeared one or two at a time, all slowly traveling in the same direction with the light breeze.
The guy recording sounds like he'd have a headgasm if he found a toy in his Rice Krispies box.

I'm not sure if this can be identified as lanterns decisively, lanterns don't pulse, unless the aperture is recording the 'lantern' wrong, no? Wind blowing shouldn't be instant or steady light pulsing. A video expert could definitely rule this out, unfortunately although good at digital manipulation myself, i feel this could be a litlte beyond me!

Just had a quick look. The pulsing looks like what you get when a camera's auto iris and auto focus cant lock on to a target. It atempts to avoid over exposing one part by closing, then tries to avoid under exposing another by opening. ( It's the reason TV cameras never go on air with auto iris active. At least if the guys in charge know what they are doing!) Add to that broken clouds and the fact the guy keeps playing with the zoom without anything in shot to reference off, would account for the erratic motion.
