Some of the guys here know me from elsewhere. Now I know where they've been hiding :-)

As for an intro. I consider myself to be a scientist. I've a degree in physics (though a degree does not, a scientist, make) and a good grounding in scientific knowledge and methodology.
I've had an interest in fringe science for a long time, and enjoy sorting the chaff from the wheat. Some people take office at this, but I do try to be nice :-)

Science God Skills

While I take it as a compliment, I am no God (god's gift, maybe but not God :-p )

I'm human and fallible. I just happen to have made a habit of filling all my more obvious knowledge gaps, as you well know. The 'skills' your impressed by are things anyone can learn with enough time and effort. you should give it a go sometime :D
